Pursuant to the authority granted to the Board of Selectmen of the Town of

Amherst by virtue of NH RSA’s 41:11 and 47:17, the Board of Selectmen

will hear input from citizens regarding the proposed repeal of the “No

Through Trucking Ordinance of the Town of Amherst” on Merrimack Road

at their regular meeting.
