Unlikely local author pens first book
NASHUA - Christopher Bujold never considered himself to be a writer, let alone an author; yet, he released his first book, “Robot Dreams and Suburban Nightmares,” on Sept. 22. After graduating from college with a degree in theater, Bujold moved to New York City with the ambitious goal of performing on Broadway. After encountering intense competition, Bujold returned to New England and started doing improv comedy shows and bartending. Now 49, Bujold lives in Nashua and has been teaching theatre and English at Salem High School for the past 18 years. He said his idea for the book stemmed from watching “Films To Be Buried With,” a podcast hosted by comedian Brett Goldstein.
