Southern NH Medical Center honored for gas explosion response

NASHUA — A bright red banner now hangs over Main Street in recognition of the “exceptional care and compassion” from Southern New Hampshire Medical Center to members of Nashua Fire Rescue following the Feb. 2 gas explosion and four-alarm fire at 440 Amherst St. Three of Nashua’s bravest were treated at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center following the blaze.
