Chamber to host candidate conversations
NASHUA - The Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce will be hosting two candidate conversations prior to the Nov. 3 general election. The first event will feature Congresswoman Maggie Goodlander (D-NH) and Republican challenger Lily Tang Williams. The conversation will be held on Oct. 19 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Event Center Nashua, 2200 Southwood Dr. The second event will feature Republican Gov. Kelly Ayotte and Democratic challenger Cinde Warmington. The conversation will be held on Oct. 27 from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. at DoubleTree Nashua, 2 Somerset Pkwy. The cost for each event is $35 for Chamber members and $40 for nonmembers. A breakfast buffet will be included. This year marks the third time that Tang Williams’ has run for the Second Congressional District. In 2022, she lost in the Republican primary election to Robert Burns by nine percent.
