Richard Kenny

Richard Kenny, 76, of Punta Gorda, FL, formerly of Dunstable, MA and Nashua, NH passed away Feb. 11, 2018. He was born June 13, 1941 in Waltham, MA to John and Catherine Kenny. Richard served in the US Air Force from 1959 to 1963. He was a computer technician and retired in 2007. Richard was a violin maker, fiddle player, avid fisherman and devoted his senior years to raising his grandson Jack.

Richard will be greatly missed by his wife of 52 years, Barbara; son, Patrick (Lauren); sister, Lillian “Patsy”; grandchildren, Jack, William and Charles; sister-in-laws, Dotty, Louise and Connie and brother-in-law, Paul. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Cara, parents and brothers, John, William, Robert and James.

A service to celebrate Richard’s life will be held at 4 pm, Tues. February 27, 2018 at Larry Taylor Funeral and Cremation Services. Interment will be held in the summer of 2018 in Dunstable, MA. Memorial donations may be made to Tidewell Hospice or Melanoma Research Foundation.
