Several locals on Divison II boys, girls All-State soccer teams

Local Division II high school boys and girls soccer teams, thanks to some solid seasons, were well represented on the recently released New Hampshire Soccer Coaches Association All-State teams.

The Milford boys, which had an undefeated regular season, had five on the All-State squad, while the Hollis Brookline Cavaliers, who made the Division II girls semis, and the Milford girls each had four.

Local First Teamers on the boys side included Souhegan keeper Ryan Lockitt, Milford defender Nick Giordano, midfielder Colin Gregg, and forward Ryon Constable.

Other locals on the boys team were Second teamer Hollis Brookline defender John Kotelly and Cavs Honorable Mention midfielder Hunter Crea, plus Milford Honorable Mentions defender Nate Pettingell and forward Conor Sullivan.

Local Girls First Teamers included HB keeper Maggie Crooks and defender Amanda Robbins, plus Souhegan forward Greta Caulton.

Second Teamers included Milford defender Sarah Sawyer and midfielder Marissa Sage, and HB forward Rachel Brackett. Local Honorable Mentions for the girls team were Spartans defender Keely Giordono, midfielders Jackie Hayden of Souhegan and Paige Magnuszewski of Hollis Brookline, and Milford Alina St. George. Souhegan’s Mike Vetack was the Girls JV Coach of the Year.
