Kayla Londono scored the first goal of the game for Merrimack, with the assist going to Callie Dwyer. In the second half, Dana Mendes tallied another Merrimack goal, with Dwyer once again assisting. The game winner was scored by Dwyer, with the assist going to Ali Chouinard. In goal for the Tomahawks, Mackensie Hennas made 12 saves. Tori Curry, Julia Perry, and Rachel Schwartz all had solid defensive games. With the win Merrimack improves to 2-0.
