Hannah Neverett had two hits and scored two runs, while also playing excellent defense in the defeat. In the circle Brittany Wheeler went the distance, walking two and striking out two. With the loss the Titans are eliminated from the Division I tournament and finish their season with a record of 3-17. North coach Wake Stillman saw promise in the team’s final games, “we made some progress at the end of the season, which is something to build off of going into next year.”
