Ashley Skey had a go-ahead home run and scored both runs for the Cavs to improve their record to 6-8. Skey was also the starting pitcher for Hollis, as she went seven innings, striking out four, walking three, and allowing one earned run on eight hits. Lindsay Szewczyk had a sac fly to tie game and Steph Buchanan was 2 for 3 with a double.
