Seeking customers of Fuller Oil company

By Staff | Oct 20, 2014

Your Sept. 23 article about Fuller Oil & Propane Co., being sued asked what would happen “to Fuller’s customers who paid in advance for oil this coming winter?” An application for a writ to seize Fuller’s fleet could be granted on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

If granted, it would effectively transfer Fuller Oil’s delivery business to Sprague, including all the money Fuller has deposited on behalf of its customers.

To make it possible for the Fuller Oil customers to be heard, I have formed an organization, “NHHeat.org” to protect all the citizens of New Hampshire from avoidable property or personal injury damages.

I will file a “friend of the court” objection during the week of Oct. 24, objecting to the motion until our questions are answered.

Fuller customers having prepay deposits to Fuller Oil are invited to join me in this filing by sending a copy of their signed and notarized total pre-payment amount statement to me at 15 Brookline Street, Nashua, NH 03064; including their contact information. If you wish to be present at the hearing opn Oct. 28, call me at 883-1992 by 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 22, and I am hopeful that the court will allow me to bring at least two others to join me at the hearing.
