Claude Raymond Lechevet

Mr. Claude Raymond Lechevet, age 85, of Nashua, passed away January 11, 2022 at Premier Healthcare. For 50 years, he was the beloved husband of Jessie A. (DeFazio) Lechevet.

He was born on August 18, 1936, son of the late Claude & Serece Lechevet, and stepson of the late Bill Gray. Claude served in the US Army Reserves.

Prior to his retirement, he worked as a computer engineer for many years, having worked at Univac, Digital and Alton.

Claude enjoyed skiing and was a member of the National Ski Patrol. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a member of the Horse Pond Fish & Game Club.

Besides his wife, Jessie, he is survived by two sons, Mark Lechevet of Buffalo, NY, and Michael Lechevet of Beaverton, OR; a stepson, David Rocco of Ruskin, FL; stepdaughters, Cathy Rocco and spouse, Linda of Seekonk, MA, Judy Hall of Merrimack, NH, June Barrett and spouse, Jim of Celebration, FL; a sister and brother-in-law, Judith and David Wickersham, of NC; nephews David and Jon Wickersham; 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.

SERVICES – There will be no calling hours. Relatives & Friends are invited to his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM on Tuesday Jan. 18, 2022 at the Parish of the Resurrection, 449 Broad St., Nashua, NH 03063 (Masks & Social Distancing Required). Mass can be viewed at www.ParishOfTheResurrection.org. Interment to take place at Calvary Cemetery in Utica, NY at a later date.
