Claudette Brown

Apr 10, 2021

Claudette Brown, 72, of Nashua, died in Largo, Florida on February 24, 2021 due to complications from Covid 19. She was the wife of Arthur (Roak) Brown and recently celebrated 50 years of marriage. Born in Manchester, Claudette was the daughter of the late Maurice A. Paquin and Edna Paquin of Nashua. Claudette graduated from Nashua High School in 1966. After high school, Claudette had a long career in banking and worked at several banks in Nashua. She also worked at United Health Care and retired from BAE Systems in 2014.

Claudette had a love of musicals and Boston sports which she embraced with equal enthusiasm, whether it was watching a Red Sox no-hitter or belting out a tune from Mama Mia! She enjoyed her annual “girl” trips to New York City, trips to the beach and spending time with those she loved most. Claudette adored her grandchildren and loved attending their sporting events, school activities and dance recitals. She never missed an important event for her kids and grandkids.

Claudette and Roak spent summer vacations at Point Sebago, Maine and it is there where they made their summer home and their family and friends loved to spend time with them … that is, until the winter cold rolled in and the “snow birds” headed to their home in Clearwater, FL where they made wonderful friends and memories.

Members of her family include her husband Arthur, two daughters, Christine (Ed) Bartlett of Casco, Maine, Kimberly (Paul) David of Haverhill, Massachusetts, four grandchildren, Alexis Frost of Casco, Maine, Andrew Frost of Ft. Myers, Florida, Lauren and Lilah David of Haverhill, Massachusetts, her mother Edna Paquin of Nashua and four siblings, Joanne (Kim) Johnson, Michael (Denise) Paquin, Coni Paquin all of Nashua and Marc (Sheryl) Paquin of Brookline, New Hampshire, several nieces, nephews and their families.

Services: A WALK THROUGH visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 14th from 5-7 PM at ROCHETTE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 21 Kinsley Street, Nashua, NH. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 10 AM in the St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 777 West Hollis Street, Nashua, NH. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
