Rena Dame

Rena Dame, age 75, passed away after a brief hospital stay due to medical issues on February 28, 2021 at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Nashua, NH. She was surrounded by her loving caregiver and several cousins.

Rena was born in Nashua, NH on June 23, 1945. She was the daughter of Robert and Irene (Barbour) Dame. She lived in Hudson all her life.

Being born handicapped Rena attended various special needs classes at the Nashua Center located in Nashua, NH. She enjoyed going to the beach, going for walks with her caregivers, shopping and crafting. She liked various crafts and making things with her hands. When she was able, she also loved traveling to Florida and California to visit her aunt. Rena had a great sense of humor.

She is predeceased by her parents Robert & Irene (Barbour) Dame and various aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is survived by her brother John Dame and her uncle, Kenneth Barbour.

A special “thank you” to Michelle Collette, her caregiver and her special team of support from the Nashua Center over the many years that she needed them. She truly appreciated all their help and the care she received.

SERVICES: There are no calling hours, a graveside service will take place at the Evergreen Cemetery, 391 Main Street, Nashua, the morning of March 12, 2021 at 10:30 a.m.
