Gilda Cirace Piccolo

Gilda Cirace Piccolo, 96, passed away peacefully at home with family on October 13, 2020. Gilda had been married to her late husband, Stephen Piccolo, for 72 years. Their love and devotion to one another was an inspiration to others.

With the start of a family Gilda began the most important career of her life, being a full time mother to her three daughters. Being fully present and instilling a sense of emotional safety were here specialities.

Gilda, even well into her nineties was an inspiration to many people; strong yet quiet, kind but firm, lively but never overpowering. Her joy on the dance floor was contagious, igniting parties and weddings. Always a kind, gentle and fun human being, the world is a better place because Gilda walked through.

Gilda was the loving mother of Elizabeth Panagoulis and her husband Tom of Hollis, NH, Dorothy Marchand of Lynnfield and Caroline Cirace of Ft. Myers, FL; her six adoring grandchildren, Nietra Panagoulis, Kadin Panagoulis, Jillian Mordaski, Stephen Marchand, Joshua Danley and Stephanie Pickard; her eight great grandchildren, Devin, Chase, Giovanna, Stephen, Matteo, Wyatt, Chloe and Quinn. Caring sister of the late Henry & Thomas Cirace, Nina D’Orlando and Adeline Turiello. Also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives & friends. Due to Covid-19 funeral services will be private.
