Linda T. Nixon

Jun 24, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Linda T. (Pelletier) Nixon announces her passing on June 20, 2020, at the age of 65 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH with her loving husband Richard by her side. Along with her husband Richard of 38 years, she is survived by her son Aaron Nixon and his wife Veronica of Milford, NH and daughter Jamie (Nixon) and her husband Luke Tannariello of Nashua, NH. She also leaves her beloved grandchildren Ava and Cole Tannariello who were the apple of her eye. Linda was born on September 2, 1954 to the late Roland and Aurore (Soucy) Pelletier. She was one of seven children and is survived by brothers Roland (Sharrel) Pelletier of Boynton Beach, FL, Normand (Elaine) Pelletier of Nashua, NH, sisters Sandra Pelletier of Milford, NH and Susan (Pelletier) Turmel (Randy) of Nashua, NH. She was predeceased by her sister Beatrice (Frank) Godbois of Pembroke, NH and brother Michael (Judy) Pelletier of Hudson, NH She is also survived by aunts, and many nephews, nieces and cousins. For a number of years Linda was a secretary at Christian Bible Church, Nashua, NH. In more recent years she worked at Merrimack Dental Associates and often spoke of the kind, professional co-workers that became her good friends and were like family to her.

Two words that best describe Linda are Faith and Love. Her smile, eyes, heart and embrace were filled with love. She loved her husband Richard whom she married on July 31, 1981 and her love for her children Aaron and Jamie was deep and eternal. Her daughter-in-law Veronica and son-in-law Luke were loved by her as her own. When her grandchildren Ava and Cole were born her heart was so full you could see and feel her love for them every time she looked at them or talked about them. She was so happy being their Mem Mem. Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, in-law, daughter, sister, friend and a very special Auntie. She was truly loved by all that knew her.

Her family would like to thank staff at Home Health and Hospice Care for their compassion and support during a most difficult time. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers, if desired, donations may be made in Linda’s memory to Home Health and Hospice or Teen Challenge of NH. A celebration of Linda’s life will be held in the near future at Gate City Church, Nashua, NH for an intimate gathering of immediate family and close friends. She loved God and her Savior, Jesus Christ who we believe met her with open arms.

“I Can Only Imagine” was a favorite song of hers and now she’s no longer imagining, but is in

His presence forevermore. Her love has left a permanent imprint on our hearts and her loss will leave a permanent void in our lives. Rest in His peace, Dear Linda, until we will meet again.
