E. Joseph Gaudet, Jr.

E. Joseph Gaudet JR., long time resident of Nashua, N.H., passed away suddenly at home in Amherst, N.H. On Tuesday December 10th, at the age of 53. Joe was born on October 20th, 1966 in Waltham, M.A., to mother Joyce Martin (Gaudet) and father Emery Gaudet Sr. He attended Waltham Voltech for carpentry and electrical education. He also worked with his father and learned many tricks of the trade starting at the young age of 14. Joe would later go on to work for PM Mckay where he would stay for 13 years holding many different positions throughout the years. Joe loved what he did for work, always taking great pride in a finished product. His family, friends and clients knew him as a kind and charming individual known for his great work ethic, keen eye for detail, and for being a perfectionist.

After PM Mckay Joe started working as an independent contractor starting a small family business, EJ Gaudet Construction, where he worked alongside his sons and daughters passing down many of his great skills in carpentry. In the most recent years Joe continued working with his sons and daughters on home improvement, and took care of his mother at their home in Amherst, NH. In Joe’s spare time, he enjoyed ice fishing, having bonfires, barbequing, playing Pacman and spending time with his 10 kids ,family, and lifelong best friend Scott Schuerich.

Joe is predeceased by Father Emery.j Gaudet,sr, Son Joseph Scott Gaudet, and Fiancé Deborah Goldman, Survived by His Mother, Joyce Martin (Gaudet),Sister Nancy bourdeau, children Russell Holmes , Jeffrey , Stephanie , Matthew , of Peterborough, NH. Ryan , Leah , Scott , Hannah , and Bronson , of Nashua, NH ,nephew Trevor Boulerisse of boscwen nh , And Grandchildren.

SERVICES: Visiting hours will be Wednesday, December 18, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m at The Davis Funeral Home, 1 Lock St, Nashua, NH 03064. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, December 19., 2019 at 10am at Infant Jesus Roman Catholic Church at 121 Allds Street Nashua, NH 03060. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may meet at The Davis Funeral Home at 9am. There will be a reception held in the Church Hall with food and shared stories with the family.
