Donald Johnson

Heaven gained another angel on July 4th 2019, when Donald Johnson, 52, of Lake Placid, FL, passed away unexpectedly at his home where he lived the past few years with his mom. He was born in Nashua, NH on October 9, 1966, son of Charles and Carolyn (Donnelly) Johnson.

Donald loved to spend time with his family, he enjoyed many outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, skiing, golfing, playing horseshoes, and being out on Lake Winnipesaukee water skiing. He loved music, singing and jamming on his guitar. Donald had the biggest heart. Although suffering a long battle with alcohol addiction, he will always be remembered as a fun compassionate person who would do anything for anyone; always putting others needs before his own.

Donald is survived by his mother, Carolyn, his children, Meagan, Dylan, and Brianna Johnson, his soulmate Michelle Goyette, his brothers, John Johnson and his wife Sabine, James Johnson and his wife Christina, his sister Donna Glidden and her husband Linden; he is also survived by his two grandchildren, Shayela and Aiden Caruolo, as well as his 9 nieces and nephews, and 12 great nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, July 15th from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Zis-Sweeney & St. Laurent Funeral Home, 26 Kinsley St. Nashua, NH. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Tuesday, July 16th at 10:00AM as St. John the Evangelist Church. Burial will take place on July 26th at 10:00AM at St. Patrick Cemetery in Hudson.
