Maurice A. Archambault

Maurice A. Archambault, 87, of Tucson AZ, formerly a resident of Nashua, NH passed away at Pathways Hospice in Tucson, AZ on April 19, 2019, after a period of declining health. Maurice was born in Concord, NH on November 16, 1931, son of the late Joseph and Adrienne (Brodeur) Archambault.

Maurice is survived by his wife, Jacqueline (Tessier), of 56 years, his children, Brenda Romero and her husband Matthew of Flagstaff AZ, Richard Archambault and his wife Debra of Nashua, NH, Mark Archambault and his wife Janet of Tucson, AZ, Joseph Radtke, and Douglas Radtke both of Appleton, Wisconsin; siblings, Therese Archambault, Genevieve Cormier, Jean-Paul Archambault and his wife Doris, all of Nashua, NH and his sisters-in-law Irene Archambault of Florida and Ida Archambault of Derry, NH. His grandchildren Natasha and her husband Jason, Javin, Natalie and her husband Aaron, Justin and his wife Jessica, Barret, Alyssa, Katerina, and 5 great grandchildren Kevin, Kaleb, Koby, Ryan, Morgan and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his eldest son Brian Archambault and his brothers Lucien, Louis, Andre, and brother-in-law Raymond Cormier.

Maurice was a great father, husband, Pepe, and a great photographer as was his younger brother, Andre.

Maurice entered the Navy in 1950 and served 4 years during the Korean War, was on the USS Tarawa CV40 which cruised the Mediterranean always on alert. After was assigned to the Navy Photographic Center near Washington, DC. He then graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1958 and returned to Nashua in 1960. Moe worked as an engineer at Itek Corporation early in his career before starting Archambault Pool Service until moving to Tucson, Az. where he continued in the pool business. He loved fishing and in his later years, painting at the Guadalupe Dela Torre art school. He followed the local sport teams, Arizona Cardinals and the University of Arizona Wildcats basketball.

A memorial service will be held at The Pavilion Room at Alpine Grove Banquet Facility, 19 S. Depot Road, Hollis NH, June 1, 2019 at 11AM.
