Deborah E. Sanders ‘Debbie’

Deborah E. Sanders “Debbie”, 64, of Nashua, NH passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 30, 2018 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH.

Debbie was born August 23, 1953 in Lowell, Massachusetts. She graduated from Lowell High School in Lowell, MA in 1972. Debbie had previously worked at Data Products in Milford, NH and more recently worked for St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH for 26 years, retiring in 2013 as a lead phlebotomist. During her time at St. Joe’s, she most enjoyed teaching other medical professionals how to draw blood and visiting patients at local area nursing homes. Debbie loved trips to the beach, spending the day on the lake, playing bingo, watching the New England Patriots, visiting and reminiscing with family and being in the company of a tight-knit group of friends who were, in truth, family to her.

She was predeceased by her mother and father, Isabelle (Roy) and William Weir and her brothers William G. Weir, Jr. and Paul R. Weir of Chelmsford.

She is survived by her husband of almost 32 years, Robert L. Sanders of Nashua, son and daughter-in-law, Greg and Kimberli Carrier of Miami, FL and her grandsons, Jaden and Kyan Carrier. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Lois Weir, her niece, Bekki Prince and her husband Brett of Hudson, NH and their son, Matthew Medeiros, her niece, Melanie Fenochetti and her husband, Matt of Dracut and their children, Frankie and Mia as well as several cousins. 

A Celebration of Life for Debbie will be held at The Courtyard by Marriott of Nashua, 2200 Southwood Drive, Nashua, NH 03063 on Friday, June 15th, 2018 at 6pm.
