Rally held for law enforcement, Trump
MANCHESTER – A scheduled rally on Thursday was held in front of Manchester City Hall on Elm Street. The peaceful rally was coordinated to support law enforcement, and support the Trump re-election effort.
About 100 people gathered with signs, and at times used a megaphone to share messages with the crowd, which stayed on Elm Street for about 1.5 hours.
As vehicles drove by the majority honked and gave thumbs up. MPD had an officer walking patrol on site, but did not get involved. One anti-Trump protestor held a sign and moved about the crowd.
