By Staff | Apr 19, 2019

CONCORD – U.S. Attorney Scott Murray on Thursday said a federal jury found Bernard Lindsay, 41, of Concord, guilty of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, fentanyl, and methamphetamine.

According to trial exhibits and witness testimony during the two-day jury trial, officials conducted a home visit at the defendant’s residence in Concord. In the home, officers found a box containing more than 16 grams of methamphetamine, 23 grams of fentanyl, and 34 grams of cocaine.

Lindsay is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 6.

“New Hampshire continues to suffer from the effects of drug trafficking,” Murray said. “Fentanyl has caused grave damage to our community, cocaine is an ongoing health concern, and methamphetamine is a dangerous drug that is appearing with increasing frequency. I am grateful for the efforts of the law enforcement officers whose work led to this conviction and thank the jury for its service.”
