A Nashua Street Department employee spends Wednesday working on one of the Main Street crosswalks. Soon, there will be a new signal beacon notifying cars of crossing pedestrians. While two workers cut and installed bricks around the foundation, the hope is that new lights, which will be installed on both sides of the street, will make it safer for pedestrians.
