By Staff | Apr 5, 2019

CONCORD – New Hampshire Department of Corrections officials said a minimum security resident placed on “escape”status has been apprehended.

Because of quick and diligent work by investigators, Matthew Haines, 25, was returned to the New Hampshire State Prison for Men on Thursday afternoon. Escaping from a transitional housing unit could result in a felony, punishable by up to seven years in prison.
