NASHUA – Normal pickups of recyclables, trash and soft yard wastes will occur Monday through Wednesday. On Thursday, the Four Hills Landfill will be closed and there will be no curbside collections on that day.

Thursday’s routes will be picked up on Friday and Friday’s routes will be collected on Saturday.

The curbside collection of soft yard wastes will continue through the week ending Dec. 7, unless there is a significant snowstorm beforehand.

In anticipation of high volumes of soft yard wastes, the Four Hills Landfill/Nashua Recycling Center will be open extended hours for residents on Saturdays Nov. 18 and 25. On those days, the scale will close down at 12:45 p.m. allowing only residential soft yard wastes, trash and recycling to be accepted until 4 p.m.
