CONCORD – U.S. Rep. Annie Kuster (NH-02) hosted a virtual constituent coffee meeting to hear from constituents her office has assisted during the COVID-19 pandemic. Kuster spoke with Kathy of Nashua whose employment security benefit was delayed, Brian of Amherst who experienced issues with passport processing delays, and Teresa of Keene whose tax refund was delayed. Kuster also discussed the constituent services her office provides.

“The COVID-19 pandemic has presented unique challenges and left many people feeling more vulnerable than ever,” said Rep. Kuster. “Ensuring Granite Staters have the support and help needed to weather this storm is my top priority, and navigating the process of contacting federal agencies is a crucial part of the work that my office does. It was great to hear firsthand about the positive impact my office has had on people’s lives during this crisis — from helping to secure passports to ensuring businesses can continue operations, to getting families their tax refunds during this public health and economic crisis, I’m proud of my staff for the work they do every day.
