Granite VNA names Lois Krempel home care director

CONCORD – Granite VNA, formerly Concord Regional VNA and Central NH VNA & Hospice, has named Lois Krempel, BSN, RN, MHA, Director of Home Care. In this role, Krempel will oversee and direct clinical operations and patient care services for 17 communities in the southwestern region of Granite VNA’s service area. Prior to this role, Krempel served as a Granite VNA field staff nurse for two years.

Prior to joining Granite VNA, Krempel was assistant director of nursing at Warde Health Center in Windham, New Hampshire. Previously, she was director of nursing at St. Francis Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Laconia and at William P. Clough Center in New London. Krempel has also served as a hospital nurse manager in inpatient care and in staff nurse roles.

Krempel holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a Gerontology specialty from Hogeschool West-Brabant, Breda, Netherlands and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire.
