Granite VNA names Tammi Mozier vice president of education and quality

CONCORD – Granite VNA, formerly Concord Regional VNA and Central NH VNA & Hospice, has named Tammi Mozier, MBA, PT, ATC, COS-C, vice president of education and quality. In this new role, Mozier will oversee the education, orientation and assessment of the agency’s professional and paraprofessional staff, as well as its laboratory services and Quality Assessment Process Improvement (QAPI) program.

“Tammi is an exemplary clinician and a skilled leader,” said Beth Slepian, MBA, PT, president and CEO of Granite VNA. “Her skills, breadth of experience and commitment to the health and wellbeing of those we serve make Tammi the ideal person for this role as our agency continues to grow to meet the complex home health care needs of the communities we serve.”

Mozier has been with Granite VNA for nearly 22 years and has served the agency in multiple roles, including staff physical therapist, Rehabilitation Services program manager, Home Care clinical director, and director of education.

Mozier holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Vermont and a Master of Business Administration with a health care administration certificate from Plymouth State University. She resides in Belmont, New Hampshire.
