MFF donates $4,700 from charitable fund
Merrimack Friends and Families, a social and service organization, recently made $4,700 in charitable donations to three local organizations. The MFF Board felt it was important to give to these three charities during these unprecedented times. The donations were made to Bridges: Domestic and Sexual Violence Support, Merrimack Community Food Pantry at St. James and the St. John Neumann’s Food Pantry.
Even though our club year was cut short because of Covid-19, MFF was busy during the fall and winter raising funds for the Merrimack Friends & Families Charitable Fund. Monies were raised from our annual Fall yard sales, Halloween and Winter Carnival bake sales and everything in between. Merrimack Friends & Families club members do whatever they can to support their community, especially during this time.
Merrimack Friends & Families is a registered 501c3. MFF is both a social and a service organization, offering a way for women and their families to get involved in the community AND to have fun. Membership is open to all residents of Southern New Hampshire. For more information visit www.mffnh.org.
