During this State of Emergency for the COVID-19 pandemic, the Town is taking steps to maintain the continuity of operations for all Town Services. To assist the residents with waste disposal the following procedures will be put into place:

The transfer station will be open every Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for leaf and yard waste, cardboard and metal disposal only.

Public Works Employees will be using PPE (masks, gloves and eye protection) as needed and will direct the residents to the areas to dump.

Residents using the dump are required to maintain a minimum social distancing of six feet (6′) from each other and from town employees.

• Starting April 11th – the Transfer Station will be open the 2nd and last Saturday of each month April thru Nov. from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for acceptable solid waste items.

• Passes are REQUIRED – please call the Public Works Department at 603-886-6018 for instructions on how to receive your pass.

Staff is available Mon. – Thurs. from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. to answer questions and process your transfer station pass request.

It is strongly recommended that you obtain your pass prior to arrival at the transfer station.
