NASHUA – The Nashua Solid Waste Department and the Four Hills Landfill/Nashua Recycling Center will be closed on Monday for the Presidents Day holiday. All trash and recyclables collections will be delayed for one day throughout the week following the holiday.

Operations will resume Tuesday when Monday’s routes will be collected; Tuesday’s routes will be collected Wednesday; Wednesday’s routes on Thursday; Thursday’s routes on Friday; and finally Friday’s routes on Saturday.

Residents are asked to have all containers at curbside by 6:45 a.m. on their collection day. There must also be at least three feet of clearance on all sides of the trash cart. This may require snow and ice to be removed from an area at curbside for carts and bins, if necessary.
