| Wicked Wine & Brew Fest Wicked Wine and Brew Fest is a unique tasting event featuring New Hampshire and New England wineries and breweries. Local musicians, artisans, and vendors will also be on hand to celebrate the beautiful fall day. When and where: The Telegraph is teaming up with the NH Food Bank to raise money for a good cause so make sure you check out the best event of the fall. Wicked Wine and Brew is continuing to go green this year! Each 21+ sampling attendee will receive a commemorative glass to be used at the event; we will not be using plastic sampling cups. Ticket and glass quantities are limited so purchase your tickets early.

Ticket sales from this event will benefit the New Hampshire Food Bank. Saturday, Sept. 10, 2011 from 2-6 pm. Where is the Wicked Wine and Brew Fest? On the grounds of Mel’s Funway Park, Route 3A (454 Charles Bancroft Highway) in Litchfield, NH. How do I get there? Click here to map your directions Is the event indoors or outdoors? The event will be held outdoors on grass and gravel and is held under large tents. Strollers and wheelchairs are cautioned because of the gravel and uneven ground. This is a rain or shine event. How much do tickets cost? Tickets are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Designated drivers and children/young adults age 6-20 tickets are $5 and may only be purchased the day of the event. Children 5 and under are free. Where can I purchase advanced tickets? Advanced tickets may be purchased online through our event website starting July 1 until noon on September 8, 2011. Tickets may also be purchased at The Telegraph offices located at 17 Executive Drive in Hudson, NH starting July 1. Discounted tickets for designated drivers and attendees age 20 and under will only be available the day of the event for $5. Tickets purchased online through September 1, 2011 will be mailed to the purchasers home address; tickets purchased after this date will be available for pick up at the will call table at the event.
Will there be food? Yes, there will be food vendors sampling and selling food. They will also be selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Can I bring my own food or beverages into the festival? No, you will need to dispose of all food and beverages before entering the festival. What kind of ID do I need to bring? No matter what your age, please be prepared to show proper identification. Valid forms of acceptable ID include a driver’s license or state issued ID card with photo, a passport or a United States Military ID. No one without an ID will be allowed to consume alcoholic beverages during the event. No exceptions. Can I bring my child? Yes. There are many attractions at Mel’s Funway Park that your children may enjoy including batting cages, go karts and mini golf. Children/young adults 6-20 years of age may attend at a price of $5 per ticket. Children 5 years of age and under may enter for free. The children will be the responsibility of the parent/guardian. Please note that the cost of admission to the Wicked Wine & Brew Fest does not include any of Mel’s Funway Park attractions. Can I bring my pet? No pets of any type are allowed on the festival site with the exception of ADA animals. If I leave, can I come back? You may leave the event area to enjoy the attractions at Mel's Funway Park; however you may not leave the grounds and then return. Tell me more about the 10 sampling tickets that come with my ticket. Each sampling ticket holder will receive 10 sampling tickets. Additional tickets will be available at The Telegraph information table.
