Man sentenced to 5 years in drug case
CONCORD (AP) – A man has been sentenced in New Hampshire to serve five years in federal prison for selling fentanyl.
Court documents say 22-year-old Yomar Maldonado, formerly of Lawrence, Massachusetts, conspired with others to sell 95 grams of the drug to an undercover New Hampshire State Police detective inside the Rockingham Mall in Salem.
Maldonado pleaded guilty in April. He faces potential deportation to Spain after serving his sentence.
