Visitors to spend more than $155M over July Fourth holiday
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire Tourism officials estimate more than a million out-of-state visitors are expected to spend in excess of $155 million over the Fourth of July holiday period in the state.
The period from Friday, June 29, through Sunday, July 8, kicks off New Hampshire’s busiest travel season.
The majority of visitors will be coming from New England and the Middle Atlantic states.
The state Division of Travel and Tourism overall expects more than 3.4 million visitors who will spend $1.8 billion this summer.
