Milford High DI team to hold fundraisers to fund trip to Global Finals
The Milford High School Destination ImagiNation team, ‘Maybe Seven’, recently won second place in the NH State Destination ImagiNation Tournament. The win earned them the opportunity to compete at the Destination ImagiNation Global Finals in Knoxville, Tennessee, May 22-May 27, 2018. They will be competing against 50-80 teams from around the world in their chosen engineering challenge.
The team is will be holding several fundraisers to help defray the costs of travel and accommodations for the competition.
On May 5, 2018, there is a Mai Tai Tasting from 2- 5.pm. at the Jade Dragon , 180 Elm St, Milford, NH. Tickets are $20 each and must be purchased BEFORE the event. A Pancake Breakfast and Craft Fair and Yard Sale will be held at Milford High School,100 West Street, Milford, NH on Sunday, May 6, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. (breakfast until at noon). Tickets may be purchased at the door for $8 each.Children under 12 are $6 each.The breakfast will include pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, coffee and juice.
