Annual meeting season 2012 is coming up for all area communities except Nashua, which is a city. Here are some general dates to keep in mind.

For dates, times and locations of annual meeting events in each town, check the Town Meeting page for that community via the links at the top of this page. Note that Merrimack has a unique annual-meeting schedule, which occurs about a month later than the dates below.

Wed., Jan. 25 to Fri., Feb. 3 - Filing period for candidates for town and school district offices.

Tuesday, Feb. 7 - Last day to submit petitioned warrant articles.

Tuesday, March 13 - Election day (traditional town meeting day). Voters may register at the polls on election day.
