Paving companies associated with a large family by the name of Stanley have long operated in southern New Hampshire and in other parts of the country - and for just as long, some of those companies have faced allegations of being scam artists, over-charging for low-quality asphalt. A Telegraph special report in early 2010 highlighted the complicated dealings of this family and its businesses , but the stories haven't stopped there.
