Telegraph Winter All Stars: Floras was area’s MVP in boys basketball

Boys Basketball Player of the Year: Dimitri Floras, jr. Merrimack

The Tomahawks were all but unbeatable when Floras was the on the floor this winter, and proved it by winning the Division I title with Floras leading the way in the tournament. He had a sensational final game, scoring a game-high 23 points and dishing out six assists in the final against Manchester Central. Floras was also the game-high scorer with 21 points in a semifinal victory over the Spaulding Red Raiders of Rochester.
