The Broncos were led by starting pitcher Derek Hudson, who improves to a perfect 4-0 on the season. Hudson struck out nine, allowed seven hits, and allowed only one run.

Alvirne’s offense was led by Cam Blake, who was a perfect 3 for 3 with a double, a run scored, and an RBI. Tyler Brown had two hits, two RBIs, and a run scored, while Greg Emanuelson had two hits and two runs scored.

Anthony Cestrone, Robbie Flohr, and Matt McKinley each had RBIs in the win.

The Broncos now advance to the Division I semifinals where they will play No. 3 Pinkerton at Holman Stadium.
