High School Highlights: Milford wrestlers dominate Winnacunnet

Milford 48, Winnacunnet 18
Dan DeBernardo, Deacon Currier and Rudy Snare and Trevor Bernier all posted wins by fall for the Spartans, who looked sharp in victory.
Campbell 52, Conval 18
Only five weight classes were contestd on the mat, and Campbell High won them all. Tyler O’Mara, Trevor O’Mara, David Donnelly and Brett McInerney won by pins. Robert Ladd was the only Cougar to work the full six minutes and took a 13-4 major decision victory at 160 pounds.
Hollis Brookline 60, Portsmouth 18
The Cavaliers got pin wins from Troy Moscatelli (120), Dan Delong (132), Ted Moscatelli (145), Robbie Dwyer (152), Jack Duquette (160), Tyler St. Pierre (160), Sam Koch (195) and Owen
MacMillan (220).
Hollis Brookline will travel to Concord on Saturday for a tri-meet with the Tide and Plymouth.
Salem 54, Nashua North 24
Spencer Whiting, Dylan McIntyre and Matt Hillard all won via pin fall for the Titans. Mitchell Martin scooped up a forfeit victory to wrap up North’s scoring.
Boys hockey
Nashua North-Souhegan 4, Bow 0
The Saber-Titans won their first game of the season (1-2), giving head coach Josh Lavoie his first career win as a varsity head coach. John Natale led the way with two goals while Josh Constant and Michael Dodge each had a goal and two assists. Jack Casey earned the shutout in goal.
Dover 6, Alvirne-Milford 4
The Admirals fell to 2-1, despite goals by Jake Natola, Levi Griffin, Justin Carbonneau, and Isaac Rogers. Assists went to Anthony Viola, Anthony DeRosa and Natola. Dover led 2-1 after one and 5-2 after three.
The Admirals don’t play another regular season game until Jan. 2 at Spaulding.
Monadnock-Fall Mountain 6,
Hollis Brookline-Derryfield 5
The Warriors led 5-4 after two periods but fell short to fall to 1-1. Among the goal scorers for the locals were Sal Vella, Jared Sanborn and Torin White.
Girls hockey
Concord 10, Bishop Guertin 6
Julie McLaughlin had a hat trick while Emma Wallatt had two goals and two assists, but it wasn’t enough as the visiting Cards fell to 1-3. Allyson McMahon added a goal. bGhosts Berlin on Saturday.
Girls basketball
Sanborn 54, Souhegan 30
Ellie McGough drilled six threes for a game-high 18 points as the Indians knocked off the Sabers. Souhegan falls to 1-3 and travels to 0-3 Manchester West on Thursday night.
Boys basketball
Souhegan 63, Sanborn 55
Sophomore Matt McCool had a great Tuesday night scoring 20 points and the Sabers improved to 2-0 on the young season. Khaled Nazeer and Jeff Boehm had a good scoring nights as well, contributing 16 and 13 points respectively. Souhegan visits Manchester West on Thursday.
