The Cardinals had little trouble against the Panthers, thanks to a big day from Briana Silck, who finished first in the 100 hurdles (16.8), 300 hurdles (51.3) and the long jump (16-1).
Molly McCabe also won two events for Bishop Guertin, taking first in the 400 (57.4) and the 800 (2:23.4) while Caroline Nicholas was first in both the 100 (13.0) and the triple jump (32-6). Amy Vegilante won the 200 (27.9) and Michelle Langlois was first in the high jump (5-0).
Also winning an event for the Cardinals was Emma Williams, who finished first in the javelin (74-8), Chloe Conway, who won the 3,200 (12:00.9), and Jessica Ewing, who took the 1,600 (5:32.4). The Cardinals also won the 4×100 (53.9) and the 4×400 relays (4:12.9).
Nashua South’s Meg Cunningham took home first in two events, throwing a personal-best 35-3 in the shot put, while also winning the discus (96-4). Lizzie Allard also won the pole vault, clearing 10-6.
