1.) What is a digital subscription? How much does it cost?
A Telegraph digital subscription provides unlimited access to the nashuatelegraph.com web site, Mobile and digital replica. To view all subscription options including digital subscriptions visit our login page in the link below, fill in your zip code information in the "subscribe" portion of the page, then click view subscription options.
2.) I get home delivery of the newspaper. Do I get unlimited digital access?
Yes, The Telegraph home delivery subscribers get unlimited access to the nashuatelegraph.com web site no matter what type of print subscription. You simply need to link your print subscription to your Telegraph online account.
3.) If I don't want to subscribe can I still read the nashuatelegraph.com for free?

4.) How are digital subscriptions billed?
We accept four major credit cards; American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard. Subscriptions are automatically charged every four weeks. You will be charged in advance of each four-week cycle. You may cancel at anytime.
5.) Can I get access on my smartphone or tablet? What devices are supported?
Yes. Our subscription options include unlimited access to nashuatelegraphcom on any computer or device, plus nashuatelegraph.com apps for Android smartphones, iPhones and iPad tablets. Our apps are free to download.
6.) What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing customer service at email@example.com or calling 603-594-6432. When you cancel, we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Each billing cycle is four weeks, so your unlimited access will continue for the remainder of the current four-week period.
7.) Can I still access nashuatelegraph.com articles through Facebook, Twitter, search engines or my blog?
Yes if you are a Telegraph subscriber. We encourage links from Facebook, Twitter, search engines, blogs and social media.
8.) I am a home delivery customer. How do I activate my unlimited digital access?
If your home delivery account is already linked to the account you use on nashuatelegraph.com, you won't need to do a thing. If not, you'll need to link your home delivery account to a nashuatelegraph.com account.

9.) How do I change the e-mail address that's associated with my digital subscription?
To change your e-mail address, click on Edit Info in red on the upper rights side of the home page just above Subscriber Services. Click on Edit Account Info listed on the right side of your account information. You can now update/change your email address, password or username.
If you're still unable to change your e-mail address, please call (603) 594-6424 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
10.) When I go on vacation, can I put my digital subscription on hold?
No; nashuatelegraph.com digital content is available anywhere there's an Internet connection, so we do not offer vacation suspensions. When you put your print subscription on temporary hold, (restart date must be given at time of stop) your digital access will not be affected.
11.) My questions were not answered here, where can I go to get help?
