Don’t downshift taxes onto cities and towns

The state of New Hampshire needs revenue to fund vital state services. “Gifting” tax relief to 35,000 New Hampshire businesses reduces state revenues and downshifts business taxes to city and town taxpayers. Those 35,000 businesses should pay their own taxes.
