Accolades for Sgt. Ryan Pitts

Letter to the Editor

I would like to say how proud and honored I am to know Sgt. Ryan Pitts. He received the Medal of Honor, the military’s highest accolade, for valor in combat and he never forgot the men in his company who gave their lives for our freedom. He has spoken their names many times because he wants this honor to be for all of them. We should all be very proud of Ryan, for he’s truly an American hero.
