City has its priorities wrong

Although I don’t know all of the specifics, I read recently that the city has decided to spend thousands of dollars restoring a chimney in the Millyard, whereas they plan on laying off teachers due to shortage in school budgets.

I think the mayor and city need to rethink their priorities. ...
