Obituaries are priced by the inch. For the most up to date pricing on obituaries, please call Monique Savoie at (603) 594-6550 Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm or email:
obits@nashuatelegraph.com
Can a picture be included with an obituary?
A picture of the deceased may be included with the obituary at no additional charge. Pictures clipped from newspapers or printed from a computer will not be accepted, as the quality of the picture when it is published in the paper will be extremely poor. Please make sure the picture is clear and in focus. Pictures may be submitted by e-mail as a JPG attachment to obits@nashuatelegraph.com.
If you do not have an electronic version of the picture or access to a scanner, the picture may be dropped off at the front desk of our Hudson office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Ask for Monique.
Do you include flags for veterans?
Yes, flags for veterans can be requested to run with a loved one’s obituary.
Who can submit an obituary?
The Telegraph and Cabinet Press understands that the death of a loved one can be a difficult time for a family. In order to make the obituary process as convenient and painless as possible for the family, we prefer the obituary be submitted by a funeral home, who can then assist us with any questions we may have in regards to content or pricing.
If you are a family member and would prefer to submit an obituary, please contact Monique Savoie at 603-594-6550 Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm.
What information do I need to submit an obituary?
Obituaries are printed as is and can be emailed or faxed to obituary@nashuatelegraph.com or 603-882-2681.
Please include your name and best phone number to reach you. Also it is Telegraph/Cabinet Press policy that all obituaries that run in our papers must be confirmed by the funeral home or cremation society prior to scheduled run date. If you can not provide the contact information for the funeral home or cremation society, a certified death certificate may be used instead as verification.
Also please indicate which papers you would like to run the obituary in. Please contact Monique Savoie, Obituary Coordinator for more information at 603-594-6550.
