Mary Louise (Bell) Caruso

Mary Louise (Bell) Caruso, 77, of Nashua, NH passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 at the Hunt Home in Nashua. She was born May 13, 1934 in Cambridge, MA a daughter of the late James and Alice (Creed) Bell. She attended schools in Boston and Cambridge. She married Paul Caruso July 31, 1954 and they spent 32 loving years together before he predeceased her on Sept. 19, 1986.

Mrs. Caruso was a communicant of Immaculate Conception Church, Nashua. She volunteered her time and talents to Memorial Hospital, the Chandler Library and the Soup Kitchen in Nashua. She had been a long time resident of the Hunt Home in Nashua where she was lovingly cared for.

She is survived by her three children; Paula Flaherty and her husband William of Tyngsborough, MA, Thomas Caruso and his wife Diane of Amherst, NH and Robert Caruso and his wife Deena of Valley Center, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren; William and Lauren Flaherty and Anthony and Michael Caruso, a sister; Barbara Decker of Neptune, NJ and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by her brother; Richard Bell.

Visiting hours will be held Friday, May 4, 2012 from 6-8pm in the St. Laurent Funeral Home, 116 Elm St., Nashua. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30pm Saturday, May 5 in Immaculate Conception Church, 216 E. Dunstable Rd., Nashua with interment to follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua.
