John S. Wolczok Jr.
John S. Wolczok Jr., 56, of Merrimack, died unexpectedly at his summer home in Alton on September 12, 2010.
Mr. Wolczok was born in Nashua on October 19, 1953, a son of the late John S. and Lucille (Bentley) Wolczok Sr. He grew up in Hudson. He was a graduate of Alvirne High School.
He was the husband of Cheryl (Duncklee) Wolczok, whom he married on May 13, 1978. They shared 32 years of marriage.
Mr. Wolczok was the owner of Big John’s Full Maintenance Service.
He is remembered as a devoted and loving father. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially at his camp on Sunset Lake. He enjoyed music and had an extensive collection of over 11,000 songs. Mr. Wolczok also collected 8-track tapes and novelty radios. He enjoyed basketball all his life. He also enjoyed fishing and hunting with his friends and family.
In addition to his wife, survivors include Chris Wolczok and Brian Wolczok, both of Nashua; a grandson, Jacob Wolczok of Nashua; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Leslie Duncklee, Kevin and Lisa Duncklee, Keith Duncklee, Cindy and Wade Parsons, Diane and Ray Petz, David and Dianna Duncklee; his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Britney, Elisabeth, Amanda, Lindsay, Lauren, Raymond and Katie; and several good friends including, Leon Doer of Nashua, Phil Durand, and Mike Sullivan.
SERVICES: Visiting hours will be held at the DAVIS FUNERAL HOME, One Lock St., Nashua on Sunday from 3-6 PM. A Celebration of his Life service will follow at Six o’clock. Friends are invited to attend. Interment prayers and burial will be private and held at the convenience of his family. The DAVIS FUNERAL HOME in Nashua is in charge of arrangements.
