Randall L. White

Aug 31, 2018

Randall Lee White (Randy), 67, of Merrimack, NH passed away peacefully with his beloved wife by his side on August 26, 2018. He will always be remembered for his welcoming smile and tenderness, and he will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 17, 1950 to loving parents, Irwin and Irene White. Randy enjoyed growing up in Haverton, PA, where he lived with his mom, dad and sister, Sandy, until his father’s untimely death. When his mother remarried Howard Carr, he gained two wonderful step-brothers, Michael and Stephen. His family moved to Paramus, NJ, where Randy completed high school. Randy then completed his undergraduate degree from the University of New England.

As a Certified Financial Planner, Randy devoted his career to helping individuals and small businesses develop financial plans that would ensure long-term growth and security. He developed lasting relationships and friendships with many of his clients. He had two long tenures at both John Hancock in Boston and MetLife in Danvers, MA. When he was no longer able to work, he strived to continue to serve others by volunteering at a local hospice center and becoming a member of First Church. When he wasn’t working, Randy had a life-long passion for skiing, tennis, golf and gardening.

The highlight of Randy’s life was when his two daughters, Rachel and Staci, were born. His legacy of love and kindness will forever live on in his children and grandchildren. Randy leaves behind his loving wife, Cheryl, his daughters, Staci Jones and Rachel White, and her companion, Alex, and step-daughters, Kristen Guichard and her husband Tim, Amy Ditch and her husband Aaron. He was also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, Caralyn, Samantha, Archer and Grace, all of whom brought him much joy and happiness. He also leaves behind a sister, Sandra Gustetic, a step-brother, Stephen Carr, sister-in-law, Judy Carr, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and very dear friends. Randy was predeceased by his brother Michael Carr.

A memorial service will be held at 3PM on Thursday, September 6th at First Church of Nashua, 1 Concord St. Nashua, NH. A Celebration of Life will follow the service, where friends and family will have an opportunity to share a special memory to celebrate Randy’s life. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Randy’s memory to the Hospice House, who lovingly cared for Randy in his final days, at 210 Naticook Road Merrimack, NH 03054.
