Rosaline M. Raudelunas

Rosaline M. “Rosie” Raudelunas, 88, of Nashua, widow of Joseph L. Raudelunas, passed away Friday morning, August 17, 2018 at the Courville at Nashua, after a period of declining health.

A lifelong resident of this city, Mrs. Raudelunas was born on October 26, 1929, a daughter of the late Charles and Elaine Gerasis. She attended local schools and was a graduate of Nashua High School Class of 1947.

Rosie had been employed with the New England Telephone Company as a Directory Assistance operator for a number of years.

She was a communicant of St. Patrick Church and the former St. Casimir Church for many years. Rosie was very fashionable, loved cooking and will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother. She was a baseball enthusiast and fan of the Boston Red Sox.

Rosie was predeceased by her husband Joe, who passed away September 12, 2016. They were married on May 1, 1955 at St. Joseph Church in Lowell, MA and shared 61 years together.

Members of her family include her son and daughter-in-law, Christian J. and Jennifer Raudelunas of Amherst; four grandchildren, Hunter, Hannah, Finley and Ryland Raudelunas; and three nephews, Rob, Charlie and Matt Temple. In addition to her husband and parents, Rosie was predeceased by her sister, Katherine Temple.

There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Patrick Church, 29 Spring Street, Nashua, Friday morning, August 24th at 9:30 a.m. Friends are invited to attend.
