Patricia Ann Parker

Patricia Ann Parker of Amherst, NH, was welcomed into God’s loving arms on July 26, 2018, after many months of declining health. Patricia was born November 1, 1947, in Pittsburg, PA, the daughter of John and Anna Mae Schur

Pat graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a degree in graphic art.

Her love of art was a source of great joy which she shared with her students while teaching art at Christian Bible Church Academy for over 10 years.

Her passion was to impart Gods Love through her love of art to her students who were very special to her.

Pat’s eye for beauty and Symmetry are evidenced not only in her art, but also in her lovely gardens both providing a space of peace and tranquility.

Pat married Gregory Parker on December 3, 1988, they shared 30 wonderful years of marriage. They enjoyed gardening, traveling the Lakes Region and seacoast as well as weekend getaways to New England’s bed and breakfasts.

Pat is survived by her husband, Greg; her brother Jack (Patrice) Schur, a niece Elizabeth Williams (Keith) and nephew Brian (HHeather) Schur; a step-daughter Ginger (Jeff) Ingram and their daughters Rhegan and Lila May who referred to Pat as “Pattygram”. She is survived by numerous brothers and sisters-in-laws and their children and grandchildren on her husband’s side.

We are grateful for the many friends and family who provided Love and comfort to her in last days.

Greg and Pat attended Merrimack Valley Baptist Church where a celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 11th at 1:00 p.m.
